Important! Before you start your massage make sure you know how to STOP the chair - To end the massage early or to sit the massage chair up press the start/stop button 2 times. The chair will sit itself up and the massage will end.


Situate yourself comfortably into the seat BEFORE starting your program. This chair will immediately begin to lean back once you have pressed the start button.


1)  Identify the START/STOP (1) button at the bottom of the controller and press it.


2) Select AUTO (2) in the upper left corner of the controller.


3) Select your Massage (Left to Right and Top to Bottom) The program will start immediately. Enjoy!


4) Health (4) – releases muscle strain, improves blood flow, soothes anxiety and helps relieve depression.


5) Soft (5) – gentle massage to relieve headaches, muscle strains, and improve sleep.


6) Quick (6) – 10-minute full body massage.


7) Morning (7) – energizes body organs, stretches joints and muscles. 


8) Night (8) – enhances sleep, removes postural stress, helps relieve anxiety, depression, and headaches.


9) Sport (9) – prevents and heals sporting injuries, promotes flexibility, endurance, and reduces muscle fatigue and soreness.


10) Shiatsu (10) – High intensity to relieve severe muscle tension and blockages. Rejuvenates the body.


11) Stretch (11) – Stretches to help relax muscles, enhance coordination, improve posture.


12) TV (12) – Allows you be in a full inclined position while getting a massage.


For a heated massage - press the heat button, select your level, check the heat button. You will feel the heat shortly.
