  • Steps to Cancel your Membership

    Cancellation:


    Your membership may be canceled at any time under the following guidelines.  

    • Cancellation requests must be made in writing and with 30 days’ notice. You can fill out a form in house or email us at members@ahhhsomerelaxation.com stating you would like to cancel your membership.
    • Your membership will be canceled 30 days after we receive your letter. 
    • Please note that you may have one more payment during those 30 days.  If that happens your membership benefits will continue for 30 days after that payment.  That way you can take full advantage of your last payment. 
    • Cancellations made within the first year are subject to a cancellation fee of $300 or the remaining agreement balance whichever is less.

  • Freezing your membership

    Freezing your membership:


    There is a $25.00 fee to freeze your account, and you must give a 10-day written notice prior to your desired freeze date. 

    • Contracted monthly payments will continue during the freeze. However, those months will be added to the end of your contract so you will still be able to enjoy them. 
    • Members who are no longer under contract will not be billed during their freeze. 
    • Any and all freezes must go from billing date to billing date. 
    • Freezes can go up to 6 months and can unfreeze at any time during those 6 months. 

    Please note that your billing date may change, if you choose to begin using your membership again on a date other than your previous billing date.

  • Non-Use of the Facility

    If you do not come to Ahhhsome for a period of time you are still obligated to make all of your payments. There are absolutely no retroactive refunds of dues due to non-use of the facilities. 

Single Visit Options

  • $50 Ahhhsome Single Visit

    Ahhhsome Visit:

    • $50 for one time visit.
    • Your choice of 3 therapies
    • Must make an appointment during staff hours: Monday - Saturday 10 AM to 7 PM, and you must be out by 9 PM.

  • Halotherapy 3 Visit Punch Card

    • $50 for 3 credits on your account.
    • 3-30 minute Halotherapy sessions
    • You can use it at your leisure
    • Card is like cash so don't lose it
    • You will need to make an appointment to do a Halotherapy session

  • Group Visits

    • 4 or more people on the same appointment.
    • $50 per person
    • Each guest will enjoy a 30-minute Halotherapy session & 3 pieces of equipment of their choice in the Ahhhsome Relaxation therapy suites.
    • MUST be scheduled 2 weeks in advance to allow for additional staffing
    • All group visits are pre-paid upon booking your Ahhhsome event
