Written Instructions

1. Push the “on/off” button (1) on the left top of remote


2. It will automatically take you to the Auto menu. Push (2) “ok”


3. Use the different sides of the wheel to navigate to your preferred program. Sports Refresh and Work Relief are the most popular.


4. Select desired program by pushing the “ok” (2) button


5. Tap the “Heat” button for a heated massage.


6. To intensify your selected massage adjust your body to a zero gravity position by pressing the “ “OK” (2) button after your program has started. 


MAX Massage Program Descriptions


A. Sports Refresh – This is designed for the muscles after sports activities and exercise. It can ease and relax muscles after intense exercise, especially promote the body’s circulation system to improve the muscle recovery after exercise. (Popular)


B. Extension – This massage comes from Thai massage. The strong kneading and stretching of the body can effectively stretch legs, waist and other parts . It is the best choice to relax tired muscles and increase physical vigor.


C. Rest and Sleep – To improve the quality of a lunch break or sleep. This mild massage kneads body parts from deep to gentle in order to relieve your tired body gradually.


D. Work Relief – This is fantastic massage for people whose work causes neck and shoulder tension. It is a fantastic full body massage (Popular)   


E. Neck and Shoulder – 80% of the massage time will focus on the neck and shoulders. The curve design of the chair backrest makes the massage rollers completely touch your shoulders and neck for an effective massage.


F. Low Back – Focuses on the low back


G. Waist and Spine – 80% of this massage time will focus on the lumbar vertebra. The rollers will conduct a specific massage to relieve the sense of tension in and keep the health of your lower back.
