Written Instructions

CAUTION do NOT use this chair if you weigh

more than 250 pounds!

To safely get into the massage chair please back in slowly to the leg rests. Gently sit-down. Situate yourself comfortably into the seat. 


1) Identify the sit up button. (1) You will need this after your session.


2) Press the power button. (2) It will turn green.


3) Press the desired program button (If you would like to learn how to use the Manual Selection Massages please watch the video and see a member of our staff)


A. Master Shiatsu – More intense body massage.


B. Stretch – This includes light stretch actions where your body is stretched and massaged.


C. Rock & Massage – Body massage while chair rocks back and forth. This session is recommended for persons who feel symptoms such as lack of energy or fatigue.


D. Quick – This is a short 8-minute body massage. 


E. Shoulder – Focuses on the shoulders


F. Low Back – Focuses on the low back


G. Rock – The chair gently rocks back and forth without any massage


H. LED – Controls the LED lights on the sides of the chair


4) The program starts. ENJOY! 


5) The program finishes – The rollers will return to their storage positions and the power of the operating mechanism will shut off. (the POWER button flashes while the rollers are returning to their storage positions.)


6) Press the sit up button. (1)  You may have to press the power button (2) again to turn the sit up button on. Please make sure the chair is in its full upright position BEFORE you exit the chair.


7) If you are in one of the peace rooms, please pull the privacy curtain back before leaving that chair station
