Inclusive Membership Details

• 24/7 unlimited access to Ahhhsome Relaxation
• 4 Ahhhsome Relaxation/Halotherapy credits per month
• You can use these credits for yourself for Halotherapy OR you can share your credits with friends and let them experience Ahhhsome!
• You will personally need to call and schedule an appointment in order to authorize the use of credits for friends or family members to use. Please schedule appointments as soon as possible to ensure you have the most visit options.
• We need at least a 24 hour notice if the appointment needs to be rescheduled or canceled, otherwise the credits will be deducted from your account. 
• Discounted prices for additional credits. 
• 2 credits for $25 
• 5 credits for $50 
• credits purchased as a part of your membership roll over as long as you are a member with a current, active membership.
• Credits are not usable if membership is frozen.
• Credits are canceled if membership is canceled. 
• 8 additional credits or passes free of charge to help you share Ahhhsome and enjoy Halotherapy. (Exclusive to 12-month membership)
• This is a 12-month contract paid on a monthly basis.
• If you would like to pay for your 12-month membership in full at the time of signing, you will be given a bonus of 8 additional credits for free. 
• Paid in full memberships are non-refundable.
• After your 12-month membership plan is completed your membership will automatically renew on a month to month basis at the same locked in price.
• Buddy passes with the Inclusive Membership: You may invite up to 2 accompanying friends, with an appointment during staffed hours (Mon-Sat; 10 AM - 7 PM)
• 1 credit per guest  = 1 Ahhhsome visit OR 1 Halotherapy visit
• 2 credits per guest = 1 Ahhhsome visit AND 1 Halotherapy visit 
• Personal Trainer for up to 5 visits within your first 30 days of membership
• If you would like to add additional training there is a $10 personal training fee per visit.
• No sign up fee, no annual fee, most economical, and most popular membership
• Complimentary Ahhhsome Relaxation swag (Exclusive to 12-month membership)

Halotherapy Appointments:

• available Monday – Saturday 10 am - 8:15 pm (with a few exceptions for special events and holidays)

Cancellation:

• Your membership may be canceled at any time under the following guidelines:
• Cancellation requests must be made in writing and with 30 days’ notice.
• You can fill out a form in house or email us at members@ahhhsomerelaxation.com stating you would like to cancel your membership.
• Your membership will be canceled 30 days after we receive your letter. 
• Please note that you may have one more payment during those 30 days.  
• If that happens your membership benefits will continue for 30 days after that payment.  That way you can take full advantage of your last payment. 
• Cancellations made within the first year are subject to a cancellation fee of $300 or the remaining agreement balance whichever is less.

Freezing your membership:

• There is a $25.00 fee to freeze your account, and you must give a 10-day written notice prior to your desired freeze date. 
• Contracted monthly payments will continue during the freeze. However, those months will be added to the end of your contract so you will still be able to enjoy them.
• Members who are no longer under contract will not be billed during their freeze.
• Any and all freezes must go from billing date to billing date.
• Freezes can go up to 6 months and can unfreeze at any time during those 6 months.
• Please note that your billing date may change, if you choose to begin using your membership again on a date other than your previous billing date.

Non-use:

• If you do not come to Ahhhsome for a period of time you are still obligated to make all of your payments. There are absolutely no retroactive refunds of dues due to non-use of the facilities.

Children:

If you would like to bring a child under 18 on a buddy pass with an appointment, we welcome the opportunity for all children to experience Ahhhsome, as long as they behave accordingly. We reserve the right to refuse children access if we feel they are not able to conduct themselves in a way that is conducive to relaxation for ALL of our Ahhhsome guests.
