Written Instructions

How to get into the massage chair: To safely get into the massage chair please place one foot in front of the chair and the other one to the side of the foot part of the chair. Gently sit-down and situate yourself comfortably into the seat. 


1) Identify the Sit up / Recline button (1)


2) Press the power button on the remote. It will turn green when it is on. (2)


3) Select your preferred program:


A. Full Body – Works your Full body


B. Full Body Air – Only the air pillows will inflate. No rollers are used.


C. Youth – For vertically challenged people


D. Quick – A short 8-minute full body massage


E. Morning – Invigorating ~ Moves blood towards your heart to help wake you up.


F. Night – Relaxing ~ Moves blood away from the heart to help you relax and sleep better.


G. Stretch – Massages and stretches your body


H. Dream Wave – Works more on the lower back and body. Each program except for the Dream Wave, will work your entire body.


4) Recline your chair and Enjoy!


5) When the massage is complete press (1) toggle button up until the chair is in a full upright position. Please do not exit the chair before the chair is fully upright.


6) There are two holes at the front of the arm rests. Place your fingers into the holes and pull yourself easily out of the chair. 


· In an emergency, or if you find any abnormal condition or to stop in the middle of the massage, PRESS THE Green or White POWER BUTTON.


· If you experience pain or other unusual physical discomfort while using the chair, immediately discontinue the use of the chair.


· If you feel the massage is too strong, reduce the intensity with the remote or place the thin black pillows between you and the chair. If the massage is still too strong, move to a more gentle chair.

· If you fall asleep in the chair during a massage session, please know we may come wake you up.


· Please keep massage sessions to no more than 15 minutes in length.
